If you are getting interviews, but they aren’t leading to an offer, consider a videotaped interview to enhance your impression. Conducted in the privacy of our Bellevue office, we will tape for 20 to 25 minutes, then review each answer with you in detail, providing feedback on what you are doing well, and could do differently in your presentation, interview answers, as well as presence. In most cases, it’s the little changes you implement that make the difference!
Clients have said the feedback they received during this process made the difference in their ability to interview effectively. (“I landed the offer due to the feedback you gave me. Thanks!”)
Clients who have participated in the Career Retrospection process have gained new insight into their drivers, and have said that this review was the catalyst for changing how they presented themselves both in person and in writing.
The process includes an in-depth, one-on-one interview reviewing your work life going back to high school. The discussion uncovers patterns and themes to ‘how you do what you do’ that have contributed to your successes and satisfaction. These themes are then documented for you.Process:
